Banana related things get the opportunity to wear the Chiquita banana sticker (digitally). With every usage of this filter, 1 cent will go the The Alliance, whose “research aims to improve banana production and food security for the millions of people relying on bananas for their livelihoods and nutrition.”
STICKER FILTER
On Instagram and TikTok, we will release a filter so people can put a Chiquita sticker on all the poor bananas in the world without one. For each story posted with the filter, we will donate 1¢ to A Banana Foundation, a foundation that supports banana sustainability through research, innovation and creation.
CHIQUITA BANANA COSTUMES
In the month of October, we will sell banana costumes with a Chiquita sticker on them in the banana section of grocery stores. So if you see a bunch of Chiquita bananas walking around this Halloween, just know we did our job.
BANANA BONANZA
On National Banana Day, we’re going to throw a banana party in Miami. To get an invite, post the banana filter with #chiquita. Each post you make gives you a better chance of attending the bonanza. In addition to the money donated from the filter, everything made on food/drinks/merch/tattoos at the party will also go to A Banana Foundation.
